General:
By accessing and using this web/mobile application you abide to the following “Terms of Use” and
all terms and conditions contained and / or intended herein or any additional terms and conditions
set forth in this web/mobile application and all such terms shall be deemed accepted by you.
It is hereby interpreted that you consent to these terms and conditions when you use this web/mobile
application and if you disagree to any of the terms of use, the web/mobile application shall not be
accessed or used in accordance to the data as supplied and intended by the user.
The web/mobile application policies and terms and conditions can be changed or updated occasionally
to meet the requirements and standards and will be done so without prior notice.
In addition to terms mentioned herein, terms and conditions laid out in our customer / corporate / MICE and
any other user / supplier agreement(s) entered shall also apply to all customers, leisure, MICE and corporate clients
and including all suppliers and associated parties. I Book Holiday reserves the right to make changes or updates
with respect to or in the content of the web/mobile application or the format thereof at any time without intimation.
I Book Holiday reserves the right to terminate or restrict access to the web/mobile application for any reason whatsoever at its sole discretion.
Exclusion of Liability:
Booking and purchase conditions contain limitations and exclusions of liability and is applicable
to any person(s) who books and / or take any of the holidays and / or travel arrangements
advertised on this web/mobile application . Cancellation charges are payable if a booking or
purchase is cancelled after it has been confirmed and varies based on supplier charges from time
to time. Modifications or any changes of the holiday booking or purchase after it has been
confirmed are not eligible. I Book Holiday is not responsible in any manner and under any
circumstances for any loss, damages, fines, penalties, fees, or payments of any kind that
you / clients may incurred as a result of booking(s) made with the leisure, MICE, corporate or associated
clients and or agents. The information, products, software and services published in this web/mobile
application can include inaccuracies or errors, including errors in pricing. I Book Holiday do not
guarantee the accuracy of and disclaim all liability for any errors or other inaccuracies relating to
the information and description of the hotel, car and other travel products displayed on this web/mobile
application and most of the information is provided by the respective suppliers. Prices are not valid
until purchased and in addition I Book Holiday expressly reserves the right to correct any pricing errors
on our web/mobile application and the reservations made under an incorrect price for any reason.
Under no circumstances shall I Book Holiday be Liable for any “Direct” or “Indirect” damages of
whatsoever resulting from or arising out of or in connection with the use of, or inability to use
this web/mobile application and or the contents.
As a condition of your use of this web/mobile application , you warrant to I Book Holiday that you
will not use this web/mobile application for any purpose that is unlawful or prohibited by these
terms, conditions and notices. Although I Book Holiday may from time to time review discussions,
postings and material on and linked to the web/mobile application it is under no obligation to do
so and assume any responsibility or liability arising from any error, defamation, libel, slander,
omission, falsehood, obscenity, pornography, profanity, danger or inaccuracy contained in any
information on the web/mobile application . You are prohibited from posting or transmitting any
unlawful, threatening, defamatory, obscene, scandalous, inflammatory, pornographic, or profane
material or any material that could constitute or encourage conduct that would be considered a
criminal offense, give rise to civil liability, or otherwise violate any law. I Book Holiday will
fully cooperate with any law enforcement authorities or court order requesting or directing
I Book Holiday to disclose the identity of anyone posting any such information or materials.
Modification and Cancellation Policy:
The terms and conditions imposed at the time of your purchase will determine the cancellation policy
applicable to your purchase, including, but not limited to penalties which may apply.
In addition you agree to the following clauses:
1. If a cancellation policy at the time of purchase request is not provided in the
terms and conditions it implies that your purchase is non-refundable in the event of a
cancellation.
2. If the terms and conditions imposed at the time of your purchase request does not
explicitly state a refundable amount or the criteria of calculation your purchase is
non-refundable in the event of a cancellation.
The requests for cancellation of services purchased on this web/mobile application can be carried
out from the web/mobile application as per the terms and conditions imposed at the time of
your purchase and strictly depends on each supplier and varies for different suppliers and
at different times of the year.
Modifications or any changes of the holiday booking or purchase after it has been confirmed are not eligible.
Refund Policy:
In the event of a cancellation, any payments after the deduction of charges required to process the cancellation will retain on user’s web/mobile application account as a credit towards a future bookings which can be used for travel within one year from the date of payment by the user.
Card Types Accepted and Currency:
We accept payments online using Visa and MasterCard credit / debit card in AED (United Arab Emirate Dirhams).
